I stopped in today because I heard beeping in my brand new car and couldn’t get to the bottom of it. Ben couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. They were SO busy but answered every phone call and spoke to every customer with the same level of customer service and respect. When it comes to cars, I’m no expert and I really appreciated their attention to detail. Thanks Ben and team!

*EDIT*: Firestone resolved this issue with a refund, again as I said below techs are polite and friendly and I have only good things to say about customer service. They explained the extra markup is for warranty purposes on parts which I understand but I still don't think this is reasonable pricing compared to other garages that I have been to in the past or vs MSRP on (the same) parts from other suppliers (which also come with manufacturers warranty, though obviously that's through the manufacturer and not a Garage). (Original): DO NOT trust Firestone's price on parts. I beg you, get the part number and check autozone first. They charged me $537 per strut for the front ($304 on autozone) and $385 for a CV axle ($167 on autozone). Same part numbers. With tax that's over $750 of getting ripped off. In store will never compete with online pricing but come on. Service is great and they're super polite but their markup on parts is unacceptable. Do not let them replace the part without looking it up yourself.

This had been my go to place for tires. I have more than 30 vehicles in their care. Richard, Kevin and their team had been great to me. I had all my vehicles on their life time alignment service which i think the smartest thing car owner can do for their vehicle. I had been using their service about 10 years

Ive been going here for quite some time now and I am always met with a very welcoming vibe from the staff. They have a lot of experience and do their best in a very timely manner. I trust them with my car and I appreciate all that they do. I believe his name was Richard who is at the front always ready to help and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your service!

Excellent service. Excellent customer treatment. Excellent repairs. Excellent communication. Excellent warranty Excellent reliability. Excellent timing. Excellent employees treatment to customers vehicles, and time, and schedule. Reasonable rates Very good tires for every budget. Their cheapest brand new tires with warranty beats easily in value & safe installation the used tires prices that you get from used tire shops that comes with no warranty & have issues Also if you get your tires from Firestone during tire sale , you even save more on really good tires Everyone here deserves 5 stars 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 And for years Kevin is the best store manager. Then all the employees at the front including Richard & Lincoln & all the employees in the shop are all excellent He really take care of his customers & his employees This is as short, and as honest, and as best as i can describe this Firestone location . It took years of repeated visits on different car repairs. And every time they earned this good review. Finally I wrote this review. Now you know where to take your car for repairs or maintenance if you are that area That is my reasons for this review
